"You can't rely on other people to make you happy."
SO true, you can't leave it to other people to make you happy because at one point or at another that person will disappoint you and you will be so let down even though it might not be that serious. You have to make yourself happy at times and other times you can let other people make you happy, but for the most part you have to rely on yourself to make you happy. It's so much better not relying on others to make you happy because not everyone can make you happy ALL the time. Yes, you can be with someone who makes you happy a lot of the time, but everyone has their ups and downs.
